Meet our director

Kuki was previously employed by Tim Du Toit Attorneys as an Associate in Conveyancing and received experience with FNB Private Clients and RMB bond registrations. She further performed Property transfers namely:  Deceased Estate Transfers on behalf of Momentum, Sectional Title Units, Township properties, Normal Erven, and Farms.

Ms. Mamahlodi went on to work as the Head of Conveyancing for Marivate Attorneys incorporated and was responsible for ABSA, Standard Bank and FNB Bond Registrations. She further oversaw transactions on behalf of City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, City of Mbombela and IDC among others.

She executed all transactions at the Pretoria Deeds office daily and the Johannesburg Deeds office on occasion.

Following her departure, Ms. Mamahlodi proceeded to open her own Legal Practice specializing in Property Law and Conveyancing.
